So \u00e4nderst Du das in WordPress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Nach der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) sind\nWebsite-Betreiber verpflichtet, den Besucher \u00fcber die Nutzung personenbezogener\nDaten zu informieren und sich in bestimmten F\u00e4llen die explizite Einwilligung\nhierf\u00fcr einzuholen. Bei eingebetteten YouTube-Videos erfolgt die Erhebung der\nNutzerdaten allerdings bereits beim Laden der Website, also schon vor dem Abspielen\ndes Videos. Au\u00dferdem ist nicht bekannt, was mit den erhobenen Daten genau\ngeschieht. Das standardm\u00e4\u00dfige Implementieren von YouTube-Videos ist daher\ndatenschutzrechtlich problematisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcber Umwege ist es dennoch m\u00f6glich, YouTube-Videos\ndatenschutzkonform einzubetten. Im Folgenden stellen wir Dir verschiedene\nMethoden f\u00fcr Dein WordPress-Blog vor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wichtig<\/strong>: Dies ist keine Rechtsberatung. Wir weisen auf m\u00f6gliche Probleme hin und geben technische Tipps zur Vermeidung. Juristisch beurteilen wir die beschriebenen Aspekte nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erweiterter Datenschutzmodus von YouTube<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>YouTube bietet von Haus aus eine M\u00f6glichkeit, Videos datenschutzkonformer einzubinden. Im sogenannten <strong>Erweiterten Datenschutzmodus<\/strong> werden keine YouTube-Cookies gesetzt, bis ein Klick auf den Play-Button erfolgt. Klicke dazu auf das Teilen-Symbol, dann auf <strong>Einbetten<\/strong> und setze weiter unten ein H\u00e4kchen bei <strong>Erweiterten Datenschutzmodus aktivieren<\/strong>. Problem: Es wird vor dem Abspielen des Videos eine Verbindung zu youtube-nocookie.com aufgebaut. <a>Mit den <\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/strato.de\/blog\/kostenlose-werkzeuge-webworker\/\" target=\"_blank\">Entwickler-Werkzeugen<\/a> Deines Browsers kannst Du das nachvollziehen. Gehe dazu wie oben vor und aktiviere dann das Plugin. In den Einstellungen kannst Du den Datenschutzhinweis eingeben und die Vorschaubilder auf Deinem Server speichern. Vorschaubilder von Dritten (ohne deren Einverst\u00e4ndnis) auf Deiner Website speicherst und ver\u00f6ffentlichst. Deshalb ist die datenschutzkonforme Einstellung von WP YouTube Lyte <strong>nur bei eigenen Videos<\/strong> empfehlenswert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr Clips von Dritten: Embed Plus for YouTube<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr Videos von Dritten ist das Plugin <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/youtube-embed-plus\/\" target=\"_blank\">Embed Plus for YouTube<\/a> daher die bessere Wahl. Statt des Vorschaubilds wird ein Hinweis eingeblendet. Klicke auf <strong>Open\nWizard<\/strong> und gib im Bereich<strong> Embed a\nsingle Video<\/strong> die URL ein. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Datenschutzeinstellungen findest Du im Backend unter <strong>YouTube Free<\/strong> \u2192 <strong>Security &amp; Privacy<\/strong>. Gegebenenfalls musst Du auch die Einbindung \u00e4lterer Videos (und die <a href=\"https:\/\/strato.de\/blog\/impressum-datenschutzerklarung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/a>!) auf Deiner Website anpassen. Wenn Dir das zu m\u00fchselig ist, kannst Du die Videos nat\u00fcrlich auch einfach verlinken.
