Mit den folgenden Handgriffen kriegst Du den Fehler in den Griff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>WordPress ben\u00f6tigt f\u00fcr den Betrieb eine mySQL-Datenbank. Darin werden Deine Texte gespeichert und beim Aufrufen sofort angezeigt. Kann die Verbindung nicht hergestellt werden, siehst Du stattdessen diese Fehlermeldung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"578\" height=\"165\" src=\"https:\/\/strato.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/database_connection_error.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42093\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stg.blog-de.strato.wpcust.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/database_connection_error.jpg 578w, https:\/\/stg.blog-de.strato.wpcust.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/database_connection_error-160x46.jpg 160w, https:\/\/stg.blog-de.strato.wpcust.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/database_connection_error-400x114.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 578px) 100vw, 578px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ursachen: Falsche Zugangsdaten, Datenbank defekt\/gel\u00f6scht\/nicht erreichbar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es kommen verschiedene Ursachen infrage, warum WordPress keine Verbindung zur Datenbank aufbaut: Die Zugangsdaten k\u00f6nnen falsch sein, vielleicht ist die Datenbank defekt oder der Datenbank-Server nicht erreichbar. M\u00f6glich ist auch, dass die Datenbank gel\u00f6scht wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sung 1: wp-config.php korrigieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle Informationen zur Datenbank findest Du im STRATO Kunden-Login<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strato.de\/apps\/Login%23\/skl\"><strong> <\/strong><\/a>unter <strong>Paket &gt; Datenbanken und Webspace &gt; Datenbankverwaltung<\/strong>. Pr\u00fcfe, ob Datenbankname und Benutzername mit den Eintr\u00e4gen in der Datei <strong>config.php <\/strong>\u00fcbereinstimmen. Diese Datei liegt im Hauptverzeichnis Deiner WordPress- Installation. Als Serveradresse muss <strong>rdbms.strato.de <\/strong>(statt <strong>localhost<\/strong>) eingetragen sein. Wenn alle Eintr\u00e4ge korrekt sind, \u00e4ndere das Passwort und trage das neue Passwort in die <strong>config.php <\/strong>ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"587\" height=\"347\" src=\"https:\/\/strato.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/my-sql-eintr\u00e4ge.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93745\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stg.blog-de.strato.wpcust.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/my-sql-eintr\u00e4ge.jpg 587w, https:\/\/stg.blog-de.strato.wpcust.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/my-sql-eintr\u00e4ge-160x95.jpg 160w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 587px) 100vw, 587px\" \/><figcaption>MySQL-Eintr\u00e4ge in der wp-config.php<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Regel sollte das Problem damit gel\u00f6st sein. Andernfalls ist der Datenbank- Server wom\u00f6glich tempor\u00e4r nicht erreichbar. Das kann zum Beispiel passieren, wenn Deine Website sehr viele Besucher hat und der Server \u00fcberlastet ist. Mit einem <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Webanalyse-Programm (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/strato.de\/blog\/an-diesen-zahlen-erkennst-du-ob-dein-blog-erfolgreich-ist\/\" target=\"_blank\">Webanalyse-Programm<\/a> wie Google Analytics erf\u00e4hrst Du in Echtzeit, wie viele Besucher Deine Website hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sung 2: Datenbank-Backup wiederherstellen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn der bisher beschriebene Weg nicht funktioniert, kannst Du ein (hoffentlich vorhandenes) Datenbank-Backup wiederherstellen. Wie Du Backups anlegst, haben wir <a href=\"https:\/\/strato.de\/blog\/wordpress-umzug-so-nimmst-du-dein-blog-zu-strato-mit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\">hier beschrieben<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STRATO erstellt f\u00fcr Dich automatisch t\u00e4gliche Backups der letzten drei Tage, w\u00f6chentliche Backups der letzten drei Wochen und ein monatliches Backup. Zus\u00e4tzlich kannst Du je nach Bedarf manuelle Backups Deiner Anwendungen erstellen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Wichtig<\/strong>: In der Zwischenzeit hinzugef\u00fcgte oder ver\u00e4nderte Inhalte und Kommentare von Besuchern Deines Blogs gehen bei der Wiederherstellung unwiederbringlich verloren!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Du WordPress \u00fcber WordPress &amp; Co. installiert hast, kannst Du das Tool <a href=\"https:\/\/www.strato.de\/faq\/article\/1037\/So-einfach-koennen-Sie-mit-BackupControl-auf-ein-Backup-Ihrer-Homepage-zugreifen.html\"><\/a><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"STRATO BackupControl  (\u00f6ffnet in neuem Tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.strato.de\/faq\/article\/1037\/So-einfach-koennen-Sie-mit-BackupControl-auf-ein-Backup-Ihrer-Homepage-zugreifen.html\" target=\"_blank\">STRATO BackupControl <\/a>nutzen. Klicke dazu im Kunden-Login auf <strong>Dein Paket &gt; Sicherheit &gt; STRATO BackupControl &gt; Anwendungen (WordPress &amp; Co.)<\/strong>. So gelangst Du auf die \u00dcbersichtsseite Deiner Installationen von WordPress &amp; Co. Um auf die Detailseite einer Installation zu kommen, klickst Du auf <strong>Details &amp; Funktionen<\/strong>. Unter dem Punkt <strong>Backups <\/strong>findest Du eine Tabelle mit Deinen Backups. Erstelle dann ein manuelles Backup oder w\u00e4hle eines der bereits automatisch erstellten Backups aus. Klicke auf <strong>Wiederherstellen<\/strong>, um die jeweilige Version Deiner WordPress-Installation wiederherzustellen.
